MEMBERSHIP

By being a member of Chesterfield Basketball Club, you will be entitled to the following benefits:

• A discount on training sessions (Adults £5 instead of £7. Juniors £3 instead of £5) - Please note that a separate Basketball England membership needs to be paid in order to compete in leagues. More info can be found here: Basketball England Membership You must also be a member of the club to be eligible to play in any competitive fixtures.
   
• One Member from both the aged 16+ group and aged 15 and below group will be drawn at random to receive all of their training sessions for free until 31st March 2026.
   
• To enter our design a kit competition where you will design the clubs team kit (1 for adults and 1 for juniors), the winners will receive their own personalized version for free.
   
• Opportunity to enter into our members only exclusive prize draws to win Basketball tickets and many other prizes.
   
• Chance to join and be part of the Chesterfield Basketball Club Committee.
   
• Chance to vote on decisions regarding the club that will be put to members.
   
• Opportunity to receive full or partial funding to a Basketball England coaching course.

Membership for the first year of the clubs opening will be £25 for anyone aged 16+ and £17.50 for anyone aged 15 or below. The membership will be valid from sign up until the 31st March 2026. Prices from 1st April 2026 will be reviewed by the committee prior to this date and everyone will be informed at least 2 months in advance of any decisions in this regard.
