Chesterfield Basketball club are delighted to announce that we were awarded the movement fund from Sport England that will allow us to kick start the club. We will use the money to purchase equipment but mainly to hire a permanent venue each week for us to deliver our sessions at which will be paid for in advance. As part of being transparent to our members and the general public, we can confirm the amount awarded was £6250.
